Welcome to The Emily Normandin-Parker Foundation website (the "Site"), operated by the Foundation and located at www.eanpf.org. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
